Reservations
Your provisional reservation will be held for seven days to allow your deposit payment to arrive. If we have not received your deposit within this
timeframe then your reservation will lapse.
If your reservation is made more than eight weeks prior to your holiday start date, then a deposit of one third of the holiday cost is required. The balance
is due eight weeks before the holiday start date. If your holiday begins less than the eight weeks from the time of booking the full cost is payable.
Please note that no bookings will be taken for single weeks during the school summer holidays
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation with more than eight weeks to the holiday start date, only the deposit will be forfeit. Within eight weeks, the whole rent is
payable unless we succeed in re-letting the farmhouse for your holiday period. Please ensure you have adequate travel insurance to cover this eventuality.
Short Breaks
Short breaks are available in low season. Please contact us for more details and costs.
Pets
We regret that no pets are permitted in our property.
Smoking
We regret that smoking is not permitted inside our property. You are welcome to smoke outside in the grounds.
Electricity, Central Heating, Logs & Linen
Electricity and central heating (in Winter) are included in the rent. Fuel for the multi burner for the first evening is provided and further
supplies can be purchased locally. Bed linen is provided please bring your own towels and tea towels.
Tenants Obligations
The property must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Any articles that are damaged, chipped or lost, must be paid for.
The proprietors reserve the right to enter the property ’if necessary’ during your stay.
The property is designed and equipped for family holidays, couples get-togethers and reunions, and is not for youth groups or student parties. Nor will it
accommodate more than the stated number of beds. Only persons listed on the booking form are allowed to sleep in the accommodation.
The proprietors reserve the right to refuse any booking or to cancel any bookings already made subject to refunding any sums you have paid, without further
liability on your behalf.
The proprietors reserve the right to cancel any booking if it subsequently transpires that the above mentioned conditions have not been observed.
You are required to vacate the property by 10 a.m. on the day of departure and arrive not before 3 p.m. on the day of arrival.
Liability
We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expense, accident, injury or inconvenience whether to person or property which the applicant or any other
person may suffer or sustain arising out of or in respect of any letting.
Governing Law
The contract embodied in the booking is governed by English law, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
