The farmhouse has been fully renovated to provide spacious self catering accommodation for ten guests.
Spacious and light lounge with colour tv, video, radio cassette / cd player, and separate dining room.
Well appointed shaker style kitchen with electric cooker, microwave and dishwasher. Kitchen is well equipped and with lots of storage space.
Utility room with washing machine and drier and a toilet. There are porches to the front and rear of the farmhouse.
Four bedrooms, three of which are doubles and one bedroom with twin beds and bunk beds. All single beds are full size.
Two en-suite shower rooms to two double bedrooms and a shower and basin to the third double bedroom. The family bathroom has a bath, basin
and toilet and superb view over the countryside towards Land’s End.
Outside in the enclosed garden is a BBQ and garden furniture. There is ample parking available outside the farmhouse.
Electricity and central heating (in Winter) are included in the rent. Fuel for the multi burner for the first evening is provided and further
supplies can be purchased locally. Bed linen is provided please bring your own towels. Tea towels are provided. Towels can be hired at an additional
charge.
Changeover day is Friday. Arrival time is after 3.00pm and departure time is before 10.00am. Regret no pets allowed.
Payment may be made by cheque or bank transfer. Please let us know how you will be paying when booking.
